In the summer of 2009, I arranged a day trip through some fellow photographers, to Gary, Indiana. There was a music video shoot going on that day, but they allowed a few shots when they weren't filming. For me, the photo session was an experiment of geometric forms, lines, and light. I questioned - Can a room full of debris be interesting? Or beautiful?
Can the imagination take it back to the way it looked during it's
original construction? All were ideas that I played with.
